Lowering your food costs has never been this easy.

Together, We Serve Up a Brighter Future for Restaurants

Food costs, on average, range from 28 to 35%. These sometimes unpredictable costs can break a tight bottom line. By uniting with kitchens across your community, you can leverage buying power that measurably reduces your costs on the basket of items you are buying every week.

The Recipe for Success

01

Data Sharing

Our system scans and reads your invoices, granting you access to pooled member data to easily visualize both supplier costs and delivered prices the community is seeing.

02

Collective Buying Power

Your buying power pairs with other independent kitchens to give you the negotiating edge that is typically only seen by large multi-unit restaurant groups.

03

Cost-Plus Pricing

We negotiate prices for you based on cost, not market volatility. Suppliers bid based on their average lot costs, letting you leverage their lower priced contract purchases.

04

Contract Agility

We utilize 6 month contracts with suppliers to maintain accountability and maximize cost savings. Suppliers are only switched in the slower months of January and July.

05

Local Farmer Support

We work directly with the best local farmers and vendors to create direct access and availability to more predictable purchasing based on the needs of our members.

06

Performance Reviews

We regularly connect with our members to evaluate supplier relationships. Your feedback connects directly back to future contracts and how suppliers’ bids are scored.

We pay close attention to every cost,
so there’s no need for you to worry.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

The majority of our administrative and operating needs are covered through a backend rebate from the contracted suppliers. We ask our members for $49.99/mo as the only fee to support growth of the buying group.

What if I don’t like the contracted supplier?

There are no obligations to purchase from the contracted suppliers. You will still have access to all pricing and cost information, able to make choices and outside negotiations as you see fit.

What if I own multiple restaurants?

We keep our fee exactly the same, regardless of the number of properties you operate. Restaurant groups bring more meat to everyone’s table so we reward their presence.

Do I have to share my purchasing data?

As a member of the group, you are expected to upload outside invoices as a helpful measure to our data pool, but it is not required. For purchases made through our contracted suppliers, your data is automatically uploaded through our vendor relationships.
